In the past 20 years I have built my business to be a well-recognized name in the greater Birmingham area and maintain strong working relationships with other realtors and vendors as my clients benefit the most with me maintaining great relationships. I love getting to know a person's needs and their personalities as we make a plan for reaching their goals. Because of my work ethic and absolute love of this great career I have been blessed to remain in the top 1-2 % of performers year after year. Get to know me: I moved to Birmingham in 1989 to go to school at UAB. I grew up in Tuscaloosa one hour away. After graduating UAB I remained in Birmingham for work. In 2006 I earned my real estate license and have been full time since 2007. We adopted a baby boy in 2007 with a brain injury and resulting in Cerebral palsy. Real Estate has been a great fit for my skillset and family. While I know all areas of Birmingham due to living and working in all areas I now live in the North Jefferson area which is just north of downtown Birmingham and south of Cullman and Blount County. Over 50% of my business is in the North Jefferson, Blount County and Cullman areas and the remaining is in Cullman, Blount Count, St Clair County, Trussville, Homewood, Hoover, Chelsea, Alabaster and Pelham. I enjoy handling other agents referrals and have a great track record of helping agents get their clients taken care of. I have a transaction coordinator and a buyers agent as part of my team so that all needs can be met.
